Photogrammy.de is the site for PhotoModeler discussion forums, maintained by the PhotoModeler user community.

 

The forums contain techniques and tips for PhotoModeler and photogrammetry. Photogrammy.de will also provide news about updates to the software, and a showcase for submitting interesting projects to share with other users.

All web site visitors can view the discussion forums. To create your own posts please register as a forum user. Forum postings may be moderated by site administrators to ensure high quality information in the discussions.

Photogrammy.de welcomes all PhotoModeler users from across the globe. English has been selected as the language for this site since the software itself is in English.

Eos Systems announces beta-version of PhotoModeler 2010 & PhotoModeler Scanner 2010

Eos Systems today announced a beta-version of Photomodeler & Photomodeler Scanner 2010. (Current and new owners of PhotoModeler 6 can obtain the PhotoModeler 2010 beta for free by sending a request. See this page)

PhotoModeler 2010 and PhotoModeler Scanner 2010 are upcoming new versions of the world’s leading close range photogrammetry software.
The new versions have great new features and amazing speed and efficiency improvements. See the PhotoModeler 2010 What’s New page for details.

Additionally starting July 28th, 2010 a new reduced pricing also comes into effect:

  • The Coded Target module is now included in all products.
  • The PhotoModeler Automation product is being renamed PhotoModeler, it becomes the new base product, and it has had its price reduced. Even better, for a limited time, until the final non-beta version is released, this new product is available at the old PhotoModeler price.
  • The PhotoModeler Scanner price has been reduced as well.

3D Inukshuk from an iPhone Camera

Can the camera in an iPhone be used to do 3D modeling with PhotoModeler? The answer is a resounding, “Yes!”

EOS System,  located in Vancouver - the home of the 2010 Winter Olympics, created a model of the iconic Inukshuk with an iPhone 3GS

EOS systems released PhotoModeler Scanner 6.3.3 and Photomodeler 6.3.3

New in PhotoModeler 

  • 6.3.3
    • DSM Time Display. The DSM summary dialog now shows how long the PointMesh creation took.
    • … and 1 other small fix.

EOS systems released PhotoModeler Scanner 6.3.2 and Photomodeler 6.3.2

    • NetFloat licensing. Network floating licenses are now available with PhotoModeler Scanner.
    • PointMesh Project Merge. Project Merge can now merge PointMeshes from different projects into one project.
